As in a semantic web, the meaning of one object is somehow interrelated with that of another.
But how can you grasp the whole if you do not know the symbolism of the individual objects separately?
In an attempt to dissect the place, she made photos of remarkable objects against a black background. The isolated books, photos, paintings and sculptures call up different associations; together, they form a new lexicon. They bring a submerged world of a residential house back to the surface and cast it in a contemporary language of images that makes interpretations possible for outsiders.
